Jennifer Souter

Jennifer is a massage therapist with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Healthcare from the University of the Highlands and Islands and trained in Sports and Remedial Massage with The Western School. Her experience spans both clinical and spa settings, and she has also worked with sports teams to support recovery and performance.

Jennifer has a particular interest in how muscular anatomy and movement patterns affect the way we move and function day to day. Her treatments are tailored to each individual, whether recovering from injury, managing tension, or simply needing time to reset, with the goal of helping clients regain comfort, mobility, and balance.

Jennifer offers four main types of massage;

Deep Tissue Massage – Relieves tension and stiffness by working into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using a firmer pressure. This treatment improves circulation, supports recovery and helps restore comfortable movement.

Remedial Massage – A targeted treatment aimed at addressing specific areas of tension and restricted movement. Sessions include assessment and tailored soft tissue techniques to help restore mobility, relieve discomfort and promote optimal muscle function. Treatment is adapted to suit each client’s individual needs.

Sports Massage – A treatment designed to support physical performance, recovery and injury prevention for athletes and active individuals. Sports massage can aid recovery, enhance flexibility and reduce injury risk by focusing on areas of muscular tension linked to training demands. Sessions may include pre-event, post-event or maintenance treatments.

Swedish Massage – A rhythmic and flowing treatment that promotes relaxation, circulation and stress reduction. Pressure can range from light to firm, depending on preference. Swedish massage can be tailored to focus on specific areas of tension or delivered as a general session to support overall wellbeing.
